Álvaro Guerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raimundo Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Váldson Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 15 minutes, Luiz Fábio Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sacramento FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fábio Amorim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute, Agostinho Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Váldson Meirelles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute of the match Real brasil got a corner. Sacramento FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Silas Rossi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Silas Rossi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sacramento FC's Jorge de Sena did a great save. Luiz Fábio Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Álvaro Guerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Jorge de Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge de Sena came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Real brasil's Raimundo Brasil. But to his dismay, Raimundo Brasil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 39 minutes into the match, Sacramento FC's goalkeeper Jorge de Sena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raimundo Brasil. If Álvaro Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Váldson Meirelles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Real brasil's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Váldson Meirelles scored to the left of an out of position Wiliam da Cunha, making the score, 1-1. Álvaro Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Váldson Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Real brasil getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ademir de Lima hit a great ball. After 65 minutes of play, Real brasil's Álvaro Guerra made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge de Sena was left in no man's land by his defense there! Álvaro Guerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Wiliam da Cunha came out and tried to block the shot, but Váldson Meirelles slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 82nd minute. In the 89th minute of the match Luís Fábio Antunes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge de Sena showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Real brasil fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sacramento FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
