Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sipeva EC's Alfredo de Carvalho started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Durval Eger was a little too slow when Alfredo de Carvalho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 10th minute, Alfredo de Carvalho fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Alfredo de Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joel Saraiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandão Viana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Sipeva EC's Joélson Corrêa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Durval Eger. Durval Eger yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Alfredo de Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Sipeva EC booed when Tabajara.Hrs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evandro Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flavinho Amorim, 30 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Durval Eger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo de Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Luiz de Medeiros could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Durval Eger however easily saved by the left post. Anselmo Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Eger having to interfere. If Alfredo de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Luiz de Medeiros notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Tabajara.Hrs's Durval Eger. Durval Eger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Durval Eger was a little too slow when Alfredo de Carvalho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernandão Viana stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Sipeva EC booed when Tabajara.Hrs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrianinho Negri didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Anselmo Castro notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Tabajara.Hrs's Durval Eger. Durval Eger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joel Saraiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandão Viana in the 61st minute of play. Joel Saraiva came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Tabajara.Hrs's Fernandão Viana. But to his dismay, Fernandão Viana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Luiz de Medeiros struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Durval Eger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sipeva EC. Durval Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo de Carvalho in the 69th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredo de Carvalho in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Durval Eger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfredo de Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Eger having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Sipeva EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Castro to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 80 minutes, Fernandão Viana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tabajara.Hrs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernandão Viana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adriano Borges was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 85 minutes into the match. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sipeva EC! The referee gave Tabajara.Hrs a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cesinha Alves, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sipeva EC's Joel Saraiva. 5-2. Luiz de Medeiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tabajara.Hrs's Durval Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joélson Corrêa in the 99th minute of play. Sipeva EC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
