Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Zé Pedro Senna made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 10 minutes, Paulinho Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atalho SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulinho Aguiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bebeto Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulinho Aguiar in the 13th minute of the match. Zé Pedro Senna let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 15th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. Naldo Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelinho Costa in the 18th minute of play. Zé Pedro Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Bebeto Bertassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Paulinho Aguiar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Zé Pedro Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 30 minutes into the match, Paulinho Aguiar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bebeto Bertassi, 2-0. In the 35th match minute, Atalho SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amauri de Andrade to maneuver through the defense. When Paulinho Aguiar came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Atalho SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulinho Aguiar couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelinho Costa to strike the kick off in the second half. Zé Pedro Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute, Zé Pedro Senna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bebeto Bertassi was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 64 minutes into the match, ɱarceline XVII's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Pedro Senna came free, but Bebeto Bertassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelinho Costa in the 67th minute of play forced Atalho SS's goalkeeper Naldo Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Salles notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Atalho SS's Naldo Reis. Naldo Reis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 76 played minutes Atalho SS got a freekick which was hit by Dedé Paraíba. Bebeto Bertassi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulinho Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Zé Pedro Senna made a precise shot to the right of Bebeto Bertassi. ɱarceline XVII's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Paulinho Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Bebeto Bertassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, ɱarceline XVII's Osvaldo Salles got a free kick in the 88th minute. Bebeto Bertassi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulinho Aguiar's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Zé Pedro Senna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Bebeto Bertassi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Atalho SS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
