Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Fausto Mota made the kick off which started today's match. Orlando Fantini was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fausto Mota showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Marcelo Marquez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Neiva having to make a save. 35 minutes into the match, Ibicaba's Fausto Mota sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orlando Fantini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lauro Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Fantini having to interfere. 43 minutes into the game, Lauro Ramos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Orlando Fantini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, GERA FC's Orlando Fantini got control of the ball when Lauro Ramos tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcelo Marquez made a kick off. In the 53rd minute GERA FC were awarded a corner. Samuel Palmeira went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Samuel Palmeira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zé Neiva quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The Ibicaba fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Ibicaba's Fausto Mota looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ibicaba's Lauro Ramos got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fausto Mota's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orlando Fantini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Lauro Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Fantini having to interfere. Zé Neiva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GERA FC. Lauro Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Orlando Fantini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Fantini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Mota in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Mota in the 90th minute of play forced GERA FC's goalkeeper Orlando Fantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, GERA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lauro Ramos came free, but Orlando Fantini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ibicaba's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
