In the 5th match minute, Kasesky EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Vidal to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Recife in the 16th minute of play forced Cervejeiro Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Fernandão Goiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cássio Recife in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernandão Goiano saved Cervejeiro Futebol Clube from getting behind. 26 minutes into the game, Júlio Falcão cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Fernandão Goiano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 30 minutes into the game, Cássio Recife recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fernandão Goiano. Cássio Recife showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Dario Bodelons short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Fernandão Goiano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A well placed Cássio Recife short distance shot in the 37th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Dario Bodelon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernandão Goiano having to interfere. Fernandão Goiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dario Bodelon in the 42nd minute. Paulo Renato Seco hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cássio Recife stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marco Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. If Cássio Recife had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valdo Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The Kasesky EC fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Kasesky EC's Dario Bodelon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 80 minutes, Cássio Recife made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cervejeiro Futebol Clube's Fernandão Goiano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Cássio Recife's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernandão Goiano was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Fernandão Goiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Recife, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernandão Goiano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cássio Recife went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kasesky EC had played much better football throughout.
