In the 13thth minute of the game Juvenal Motta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Braslandia's Luiz Fabiano Sá was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th match minute, Wolverine FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráuzio Baiano to maneuver through the defense. Wolverine FC's Juvenal Motta suffered a sore foot after 19 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Fábio Romero fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Braslandia's protests and gave Fábio Romero a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Braslandia got a freekick which was hit by Fábio Romero. Manoel Vieira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fabiano Sá having to interfere. Alex Loureiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Braslandia's Aníbal Loyola got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manoel Vieira in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Luiz Fabiano Sá came out of the goal and Vítor Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manoel Vieira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Luiz Fabiano Sá skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Manoel Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Luiz Fabiano Sá tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wolverine FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
