Cafu da Cunha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Serafim da Silveira made a huge save. CRIZEIRO-DF's Renatinho Ferraz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save CRIZEIRO-DF from getting a goal against them. Renatinho Ferraz made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Valdomiro de Castro sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th minute, Rodrigo Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the match, C.A MATOGROSSENSE's Kiko Gomes broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 80 minutes into the game, Cafu da Cunha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CRIZEIRO-DF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A MATOGROSSENSE the free kick.
