Soviético FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jókei CE the free kick. Jókei CE's Pedro Luís Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Válbson Moura in the 57th minute of play. Pedro Luís Tinoco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiliam Novaes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Laércio Mangueira put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ronaldinho Guedes. 67 minutes into the game, Jókei CE's Laércio Mangueira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronaldinho Guedes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. When José Vítor Pires fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jókei CE's protests and gave José Vítor Pires a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Jókei CE getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. José Vítor Pires hit a great ball. Inácio Munhoz got in the 76th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Pedro Luís Tinoco handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Jókei CE's Pedro Luís Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Válbson Moura in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Jókei CE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandro Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Inácio Munhoz notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Jókei CE's Pedro Luís Tinoco.
