Aírton Prata didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Baracaja FC. Pedro Augusto Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Aírton Prata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Allan Lira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th match minute, Inter Florida E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magno Matos to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Baracaja FC's Olaf Ginsberg got a free kick in the 13th minute. Allan Lira came free with the goalkeeper in the 15th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Júnior Baiano could save by the left post. Gert Vennerkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aírton Prata having to make a save. Umberto Loyola hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute Platon Losada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aírton Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gert Vennerkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th match minute, Inter Florida E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualter de Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. Aírton Prata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Augusto Esteves in the 27th minute of play. Platon Losada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gert Vennerkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aírton Prata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Inter Florida E.C's Aírton Prata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Vennerkvist in the 33rd minute of play. Dieguinho Cavalcante hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Bob Firmino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute, Gert Vennerkvist made a precise shot to the right of Aírton Prata. Inter Florida E.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Pedro Augusto Esteves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aírton Prata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Augusto Esteves made a kick off. A collision led to Inter Florida E.C getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Leonardo Quintal hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Platon Losada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aírton Prata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Augusto Esteves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Platon Losada came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Baracaja FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Platon Losada couldn't finish the play. Pedro Augusto Esteves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aírton Prata having to make a save. In the 68th minute, Platon Losada left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Baracaja FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 72 minutes into the match, Baracaja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Umberto Loyola came free, but Júnior Baiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aírton Prata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert Vennerkvist in the 74th minute of the match. If Gert Vennerkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Júnior Baiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualter de Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Porto hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Baracaja FC played a much better game than Inter Florida E.C and deserved their victory. The Inter Florida E.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
