After a defensive mix-up in Marristive F.C's zone, Eurico Sena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agnaldo Vaz came out of the goal and Eurico Sena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th match minute, Marristive F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armandinho Velasco to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Marristive F.C's Agnaldo Vaz got control of the ball when Eurico Sena tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Eurico Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Galo Cego FC's Patrick Diniz got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Chicão Bezerra sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Galo Cego FC's Sandrinho Paiva didn't even have to move. Marristive F.C's Hugo Cerezo got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agnaldo Vaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eurico Sena in the 28th minute. If Eurico Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Fernandes in the 34th minute of play forced Galo Cego FC's goalkeeper Sandrinho Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agnaldo Vaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eurico Sena in the 44th minute. Agnaldo Vaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galo Cego FC. In the 62nd match minute, Marristive F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armandinho Velasco to maneuver through the defense. Teodoro Oliveira succeeded in the game's 63rd minute to get real power on a long shot . Marristive F.C's Agnaldo Vaz hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 2-0! 76 minutes into the match, Eurico Sena notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Marristive F.C's Agnaldo Vaz. Agnaldo Vaz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sandrinho Paiva acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 82nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Armandinho Velasco. Hugo Cerezo struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Sandrinho Paiva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marristive F.C. Galo Cego FC's Teodoro Oliveira got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agnaldo Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eurico Sena in the 89th minute of play. When Felipe Motta came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Galo Cego FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Motta couldn't finish the play. Eurico Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agnaldo Vaz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eurico Sena in the 95th minute of play forced Marristive F.C's goalkeeper Agnaldo Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
