Ezequiel Donato showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Nilson Quaresma made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Ezequiel Donato sent off a good shot on target. Breno Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Moura in the 10th minute of the match. Bernardo Moura scored 1-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Breno Braga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 15 minutes into the match, Altair FC's goalkeeper Nilson Quaresma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Donato. Nilson Quaresma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evandro Lopes in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, Altair FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hílton Barreto to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Paulo Renato Jacinto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Altair FC's Nilson Quaresma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Altair FC from getting a goal against them. Altair FC's Nilson Quaresma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evandro Lopes in the 34th minute of play. Altair FC's Antônio Carlos Matos got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zézinho Mota's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Breno Braga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. If Bernardo Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcus Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nilson Quaresma was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Wellington Martins. After 45 minutes of play, Altair FC's Bernardo Moura made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Breno Braga was left in no man's land by his defense there!

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcus Vidal made a kick off. In the 55th minute of the game, Paulo Renato Jacinto landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfredo Gerber during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th minute, Alfredo Gerber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Breno Braga acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 57th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Benê Rosado. Nilson Quaresma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Donato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 DE NOVEMBRO FC's Breno Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Moura in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Moura in the 69th minute of play forced 8 DE NOVEMBRO FC's goalkeeper Breno Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nilson Quaresma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Gerber in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of Altair FC booed when 8 DE NOVEMBRO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wellington Martins didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benê Rosado took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Breno Braga. 8 DE NOVEMBRO FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nilson Quaresma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Gerber in the 83rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zézinho Mota got free with Breno Braga in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Bernardo Moura came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Altair FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Moura couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute, Jeremias Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nilson Quaresma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evandro Lopes in the 91st minute of the match. Zézinho Mota succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 92nd playminute. 96 minutes into the match, Bernardo Moura notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of 8 DE NOVEMBRO FC's Breno Braga. Breno Braga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Altair FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
