An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Leme in the 6th minute of play forced Itapoama FC's goalkeeper Danilo Eger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Warren Metzger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Eger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jairo Cerezo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Jonas Abreu struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Alfredão Arruda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itapoama FC. Eugênio Félix was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 23rd minute. Malvadão AC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Leonardo Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Itapoama FC's zone, Leonardo Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Eger came out of the goal and Leonardo Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Warren Metzger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Itapoama FC's Danilo Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Warren Metzger in the 39th minute of play. Malvadão AC's Alfredão Arruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Abreu in the 42nd minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Itapoama FC's Jonas Abreu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alfredão Arruda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Warren Metzger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonas Abreu to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Warren Metzger sped through Itapoama FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Danilo Eger. In the 58th minute, Jonas Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Warren Metzger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danilo Eger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Warren Metzger went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Dieguinho Leme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Alfredão Arruda made a huge save. 67 minutes into the match, Warren Metzger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Danilo Eger. Itapoama FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Warren Metzger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Warren Metzger in the 71st minute of play forced Itapoama FC's goalkeeper Danilo Eger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredão Arruda made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Dieguinho Leme sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute, Warren Metzger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Danilo Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Lima in the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Warren Metzger in the 78th minute of play forced Itapoama FC's goalkeeper Danilo Eger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Malvadão AC fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Malvadão AC's Warren Metzger looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Danilo Eger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Warren Metzger in the 83rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Warren Metzger in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danilo Eger saved Itapoama FC from getting behind. Leonardo Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Itapoama FC's zone, Warren Metzger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Eger came out of the goal and Warren Metzger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Warren Metzger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Eger having to interfere. Joel Salgado hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. If Warren Metzger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Malvadão AC were the better team. Malvadão AC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
