Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abel Coelho kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Abel Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot. AKAI FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abel Coelho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albertinho Netto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chico Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renan Sena in the 11th minute of the match. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by AKAI FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nando Zonta was slow to take the kick. During this time Campestre's players had a chance to rest. Campestre's Nando Zonta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Chico Camargo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Abel Coelho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Albertinho Netto came out and tried to block the shot, but Abel Coelho slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Abel Coelho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Albertinho Netto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the AKAI FC defense, Carlinhos Alcântara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chico Camargo. The AKAI FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chico Camargo should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as AKAI FC's Adelino Vaz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Albertinho Netto. That made the score 3-1 after 31 minutes of play. Maurício Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After having played for 39 minutes, Renan Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campestre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renan Sena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Caetano Domingues hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Campestre's goalkeeper Albertinho Netto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abel Coelho.

A collision led to AKAI FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Caetano Domingues hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renan Sena in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chico Camargo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maurício Arce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 played minutes, Campestre's Nando Zonta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Chico Camargo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line.
