This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Sidnei Silva as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Pimenta in the 84th minute of play forced Supernova AD's goalkeeper Marcos Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Flávio Aparecido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luizão Cearense struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute.
