Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Almir Melo kicked off to start the match. After 7 played minutes Supernova AD got a freekick which was hit by Décio Loureiro. After 8 played minutes Edson Ortiz shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Supernova AD's Marcos Tasso to catch but Edson Ortiz was lucky. It became 0-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dé Maia in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Tasso saved Supernova AD from getting behind. Olívio de Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Almir Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Dé Maia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Tasso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The supporters of Supernova AD booed when Uari AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Almir Melo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Supernova AD getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Toninho Mattos hit a great ball. After the first half Uari AD were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flávio Aparecido stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carlos Alberto Gonçalves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilvan Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas do Valle charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas do Valle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd match minute, Uari AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas do Valle to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Almir Melo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Supernova AD's zone, Dé Maia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Tasso came out of the goal and Dé Maia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Dé Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, Dé Maia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Tasso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Olívio de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Almir Melo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Tasso having to interfere. Supernova AD's Marcos Tasso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Supernova AD from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the match, Dé Maia notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Supernova AD's Marcos Tasso. Marcos Tasso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Uari AD's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
