Mathias Guimarães was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mathias Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbson Catarinense, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Gabriel Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vivaldo Schmidt, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Gabriel Freire breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mathias Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquinhos Mattos in the 42nd minute of the match. Gabriel Freire made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgard Maranhense in the 45th minute. Mathias Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbson Catarinense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Thanks to some nice moves Róbson Catarinense could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Mathias Guimarães however easily saved by the left post. Mathias Guimarães was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Thiago Linhares. Gabriel Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 59th minute of the match Osvaldo Martins completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Osvaldo Martins a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 60th minute, Osvaldo Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Róbson Catarinense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. DIAMONDS's Mathias Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquinhos Mattos in the 65th minute of play. Gabriel Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vivaldo Schmidt in the 67th minute of play. Gabriel Freire came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by DIAMONDS's Edgard Maranhense. But to his dismay, Edgard Maranhense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Luiz Fernando Madureira hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Richard Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Gabriel Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Mattinha's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Maranhense came free, but Gabriel Freire reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind DIAMONDS's goalkeeper Mathias Guimarães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mattinha's goalkeeper Gabriel Freire, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luiz Fernando Madureira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gabriel Freire. Mattinha's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Mattinha players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented DIAMONDS from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
