The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Daniel Rosa made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Nelsinho Paranaense sent off a good shot on target. Edinho Breckenfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Hortêncio Couto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Guilherme de Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute Hortêncio Couto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme de Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guilherme de Alcântara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hortêncio Couto went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 29th match minute, Cronapp FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleiton Castro to maneuver through the defense. After 35 minutes of play Moipora AD's Edinho Breckenfeld was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After having played for 39 minutes, Hortêncio Couto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moipora AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hortêncio Couto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Hortêncio Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Paulão Pinho sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Moipora AD's Daniel Rosa didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Moipora AD's Hílton Neves got a free kick in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Moipora AD's Acácio Abreu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 56th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Guilherme de Alcântara but with some difficulty. Hortêncio Couto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Guilherme de Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nelsinho Paranaense in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Rosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. João Carlos Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cronapp FC's zone, João Carlos Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guilherme de Alcântara came out of the goal and João Carlos Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hortêncio Couto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Guilherme de Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Carlos Amaral charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Carlos Amaral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Moipora AD getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. João Carlos Amaral hit a great ball. Nelsinho Paranaense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute, Cronapp FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hortêncio Couto fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Oséas Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulão Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Daniel Rosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hortêncio Couto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guilherme de Alcântara having to interfere. Hílton Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guilherme de Alcântara having to interfere. When the match was over Moipora AD could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cronapp FC throughout the match.
