Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Oséas Hoffmann kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Moipora AD's zone, Arí Prado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Rosa came out of the goal and Arí Prado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cruz das Almas FC's goalkeeper Dorian Dracena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oséas Hoffmann in the 10th minute of play forced Cruz das Almas FC's goalkeeper Dorian Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Wilton Neto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cruz das Almas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moipora AD the free kick. After a rather tough play, Cruz das Almas FC's Wilton Neto got a free kick in the 11th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edinho Breckenfeld during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Moipora AD getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Edinho Breckenfeld hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Cruz das Almas FC's Cesinha Berger broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Daniel Rosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí Prado in the 18th minute of play. Daniel Rosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geraldo Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. If Hortêncio Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Hortêncio Couto notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Cruz das Almas FC's Dorian Dracena. Dorian Dracena was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cruz das Almas FC's goalkeeper Dorian Dracena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 35 played minutes Cruz das Almas FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilton Neto. Moipora AD's Oséas Hoffmann got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Cruz das Almas FC's Armando de Azevedo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. If Geraldo Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arí Prado to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Moipora AD's zone, Geraldo Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Rosa came out of the goal and Geraldo Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dorian Dracena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hortêncio Couto in the 56th minute of the match. Arí Prado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Rosa having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Moipora AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edinho Breckenfeld to maneuver through the defense. Arí Prado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Rosa having to make a save. 71 minutes into the match, Moipora AD's Oséas Hoffmann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dorian Dracena narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dorian Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oséas Hoffmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 75 minutes into the game, Moipora AD's Oséas Hoffmann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorian Dracena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Oséas Hoffmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorian Dracena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Cruz das Almas FC's Dorian Dracena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hortêncio Couto in the 86th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Oséas Hoffmann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dorian Dracena was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Cruz das Almas FC's Dorian Dracena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oséas Hoffmann in the 97th minute of play. Moipora AD's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
