Spectators: 7218 (Terracing: 5415, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Patrick Mineiro made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 minutes of play, Baroneza's Laerte Paranaense made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hílton Pimenta was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to DIAN getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Patrick Mineiro hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Laerte Paranaense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hílton Pimenta was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Silvério Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the DIAN defense, Silvério Silveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hílton Pimenta. The DIAN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hílton Pimenta should have stopped the shot. Hílton Pimenta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Toledo in the 25th minute of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Waldemar Toledo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baroneza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Waldemar Toledo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baroneza's Laerte Paranaense got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Silvério Silveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to DIAN getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Rômulo Paraense hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrézinho Cearense in the 37th minute of play forced DIAN's goalkeeper Hílton Pimenta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvério Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hílton Pimenta having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Silvério Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baroneza's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvério Silveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hílton Pimenta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hílton Pimenta came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Baroneza's Andrézinho Cearense. But to his dismay, Andrézinho Cearense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Waldemar Toledo made a kick off. When Baroneza's Laerte Paranaense in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DIAN's goalie prevented a goal. Hílton Pimenta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvério Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laerte Paranaense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hílton Pimenta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Silvério Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute Silvério Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hílton Pimenta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iuri Carvalho made in the 73rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Béla Werner. In the 73rd minute, Fausto Mangueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Waldemar Toledo struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Hílton Pimenta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Baroneza. Hílton Pimenta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luciano Valladares in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Silveira in the 86th minute of play forced DIAN's goalkeeper Hílton Pimenta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, DIAN's goalkeeper Hílton Pimenta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laerte Paranaense. 91 minutes in the game, Silvério Silveira fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hílton Pimenta having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Luciano Valladares made a precise shot to the right of Hílton Pimenta. DIAN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6.
