Paulinho Cavalcante's late challenge caught a Doguinhos Antifascistas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulinho Cavalcante helped the player get up and apologised. Paulinho Cavalcante kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Clóvis Cruz hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Doriva Custódio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DIABLOS RS F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Doriva Custódio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulinho Cavalcante hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Nildo Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvaldo Tasso in the 35th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Caetano Cruz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nildo Cardoso was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. 41 minutes into the match, Edvaldo Tasso notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of DIABLOS RS F.C.'s Nildo Cardoso. A collision led to DIABLOS RS F.C. getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Alex Oliveira hit a great ball. Doguinhos Antifascistas's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
