Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kléber Lucas took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elder Teles in the 6th minute of play forced Jesus Salva's goalkeeper Hermínio Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the game, CA Santo André's Charles Mota nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermínio Arruda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Hílton Chaves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wanderson Cordeiro in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Simão Veiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Joaquim Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jesus Salva's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquim Dias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hílton Chaves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, CA Santo André's Roger Fernandez got a free kick in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the game, Ulisses Guedes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CA Santo André's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jesus Salva the free kick. Renatinho Leite didn't quite understand what happened when in the 24 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The throw-in from Nicolas Leite in the 28th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by CA Santo André's Geovânio Aguiar. In the 30th minute, Simão Veiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Simão Veiga came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the CA Santo André fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simão Veiga couldn't finish the play. A sloppy throw-in by Nicolas Leite in the 41st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by CA Santo André's Geovânio Aguiar. Cauã de Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, CA Santo André's Simão Veiga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hermínio Arruda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Jesus Salva players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CA Santo André were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Cauã de Godoi made the kick off in the second half. CA Santo André's Geovânio Aguiar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nicolas Leite in the 53 minute of the game. Kléber Lucas struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Hílton Chaves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jesus Salva. Simão Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermínio Arruda having to interfere. In the 68th minute Kléber Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hílton Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kléber Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Hílton Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 70 minutes, Wanderson Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jesus Salva's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wanderson Cordeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hílton Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from César Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Hermínio Arruda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Simão Veiga's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simão Veiga in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hermínio Arruda saved Jesus Salva from getting behind. In the 76th minute, Charles Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elder Teles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Hermínio Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Elder Teles came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the CA Santo André fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elder Teles couldn't finish the play. A collision led to CA Santo André getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Flávio Vieira hit a great ball. Renatinho Leite took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hílton Chaves. CA Santo André's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 90 played minutes Jesus Salva got a freekick which was hit by Wanderson Cordeiro. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
