Doni Prestes was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 3 minutes into the match. 2 minutes into the game, one of CEI Rocha:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Reborn FC a penalty, 5 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alberto Sá, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CEI Rocha's Vinícius Tróia. 0-1. Allan de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Reborn FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Lino Linhares hit a great ball. Aloísio Vaz struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Reborn FC's Téo Porto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Reborn FC from getting a goal against them. Allan de Barros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Téo Porto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Glauco Medeiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vinícius Tróia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wesley Capixaba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dieguinho Zonta during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dieguinho Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Vinícius Tróia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Alberto Sá. Guilherme de Godoi took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vinícius Tróia. Vinícius Tróia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Chants of Reborn FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as CEI Rocha had held the ball for most of the match.
