Spectators: 7211 (Terracing: 5427, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 120) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aílton Baptista started the match with the kick off. Luís Guilherme Seco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Ernesto Brito when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 7 minutes, Simão Valladares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toledos and the Sport Clube Lasanha players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vivaldo Marques came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Toledos's Benjamim Marques. But to his dismay, Benjamim Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 16th minute Benjamim Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vivaldo Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sport Clube Lasanha's Vivaldo Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseu de Mendonça in the 18th minute of play. If Eliseu de Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Benjamim Marques came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Toledos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamim Marques couldn't finish the play. Eliseu de Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Vivaldo Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Toledos's zone, Luís Guilherme Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernesto Brito came out of the goal and Luís Guilherme Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Márcio Sarmento kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Sport Clube Lasanha's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseu de Mendonça came free, but Vivaldo Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Benjamim Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Belmiro de Barros hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Sport Clube Lasanha's Sandro Correia couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 45th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Toledos. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eliseu de Mendonça stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aílton Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Benjamim Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vivaldo Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseu de Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Benjamim Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Luiz Gustavo Barreto fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sport Clube Lasanha's protests and gave Luiz Gustavo Barreto a yellow card for diving instead. Toledos's Benjamim Marques got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vivaldo Marques was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Eliseu de Mendonça capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eliseu de Mendonça really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Aílton Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ernesto Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jean Gaúcho kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Sport Clube Lasanha's Matías Ribeiro got a free kick in the 85th minute. Vivaldo Marques acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 86th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marco Vieira. In the 93rd match minute, Toledos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel do Valle to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Sport Clube Lasanha booed when Toledos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Luís Abraão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aílton Baptista struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Ernesto Brito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sport Clube Lasanha. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Toledos walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
