The wind increased when Natanael Moreno made the kick off in the second half. Glauco Miranda hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Sílvio Luís de Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute Sílvio Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Thiago Tinoco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had been going on for 85 minutes, Tri Mundial MZC's Afonsinho de Castro got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Álvaro Barbosa. Richard Paranaense in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Álvaro Barbosa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thiago Tinoco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Didi Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Tri Mundial MZC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Betão Viana hit a great ball. In the 96th minute of the match Sílvio Luís de Lara sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Álvaro Barbosa skillfully saved the ball. The Tri Mundial MZC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tri Mundial MZC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
