Lauro Motta came out of the goal and Adelino Matorin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Norberto Leme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lauro Motta having to make a save. FC Anji Makhachkala's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Sílvio Luís Brito scored to the left of an out of position Murillo Monteiro, making the score, 3-2. If Sílvio Luís Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sílvio Luís Brito's late challenge caught a FC Anji Makhachkala's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sílvio Luís Brito helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Carranca SS getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Sílvio Luís Brito hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Anji Makhachkala fully deserved thier win.
