After having played for 12 minutes, Joélson Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. tupã's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joélson Correia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th minute Joélson Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmundo Saraiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27thth minute of the game Joélson Correia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Remansu FC's Edmundo Saraiva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cássio Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Edmundo Saraiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Perivaldo Nogueira's late challenge caught a tupã's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 58th minute, Remansu FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cássio Dias fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 74 minutes into the match, Remansu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joélson Correia came free, but Edmundo Saraiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evaristo Leão hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Marcelo Pimenta sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Remansu FC's Edmundo Saraiva didn't even have to move. Joélson Correia did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Edmundo Saraiva 85 minutes into the match. Cássio Dias took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edmundo Saraiva. Edmundo Saraiva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3.
