Enrique Matos might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moisés das Neves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrique Matos ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 33rdth minute of the game André Taffarel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pedro II FC's Moisés das Neves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
