Spectators: 6240 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 40) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dráuzio Prestes took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Cristian Toscano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulysses Fernandes. Seleção Sucesso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Toscano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sílvio Luís Cabral during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Geovânio Arantes hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the game, Carlos Fernando Cunha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bernardinho Duarte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dráuzio Prestes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Yellow Jegue's Dé Severo got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Bernardinho Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Fernando Cunha in the 24th minute of play. Carlos Fernando Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Toscano took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulysses Fernandes. Ulysses Fernandes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Dé Severo charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dé Severo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After the first half Yellow Jegue were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 53 played minutes Yellow Jegue got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Fernando Esteves. Cristian Toscano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Ulysses Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Carlos Fernando Cunha notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Yellow Jegue's Bernardinho Duarte. Bernardinho Duarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 63 minutes into the game, Carlos Fernando Esteves threw the ball into play from the sideline. Seleção Sucesso's Paulo Renato Azevedo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to Seleção Sucesso getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Allan de Andrade hit a great ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Dráuzio Prestes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yellow Jegue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dráuzio Prestes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernardinho Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Fernando Cunha in the 70th minute of the match. Bernardinho Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Fernando Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Seleção Sucesso's Hílton Quirino got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 89th minute Carlos Fernando Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardinho Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Carlos Fernando Esteves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th match minute, Yellow Jegue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Fernando Esteves to maneuver through the defense. The Yellow Jegue players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Seleção Sucesso from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
