In the 23rd minute Andrzej Skaradowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ubanheira's Richard Souza tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jorge Fantini came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Richard Souza could save by the left post. In the 80th match minute, Ubanheira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aloísio Abraão to maneuver through the defense. Elivélton da Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With 83 minutes on the clock, Aloísio Abraão commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ubanheira! The referee gave Vila do João a penalty, 84 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Elivélton da Silva, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ubanheira's Richard Souza. 0-6. Richard Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrzej Skaradowski in the 88th minute of play. In the 94thth minute of the game Andrzej Skaradowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ubanheira's Richard Souza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andrzej Skaradowski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Richard Souza skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A hard shot 98 in the game by Elivélton da Silva from a close distance when the talented Richard Souza managed to make a qualified save. Ubanheira's players were relieved. When the final whistle sounded Vila do João left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ubanheira.
