Cacá de Andrade was a little too slow when Cássio Godoi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-2. 92 minutes into the match, Itajuipe EC's goal looked a bit too open when Cássio Godoi came free, but Cacá de Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Itajuipe EC's Cacá de Andrade got control of the ball when Emílio Meireles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benjamim Cerezo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
