Hugo Peixoto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Walcott having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Iuri Diniz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Frédson Dias notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lentilha FC's William Urbano. William Urbano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 28 minutes into the match, Mandiocal's Frédson Dias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that William Urbano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mandiocal's Damian Walcott proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Mandiocal from getting a goal against them. When Frédson Dias, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 33 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The William Urbano was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 35 played minutes Lentilha FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fabiano Guedes. In the 36th minute of the match Serafim Severo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but William Urbano skillfully saved the ball. In the 37th minute Frédson Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frédson Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. William Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Eduardo Cruz during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 41 minutes into the match, Mandiocal's Serafim Severo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Lentilha FC's William Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frédson Dias in the 46th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lentilha FC's Luiz Eduardo Cruz got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 50th minute of the match Mandiocal got a corner. Lentilha FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Serafim Severo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mandiocal's Serafim Severo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but William Urbano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frédson Dias to make the kick off. Iuri Dinizs short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got William Urbano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 61 minutes into the match, Iuri Diniz notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Lentilha FC's William Urbano. William Urbano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. William Urbano was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Frédson Dias capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Frédson Dias really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. In the 73rd minute, Iuri Diniz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. William Urbano made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Iuri Diniz sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute Frédson Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Frédson Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mandiocal's supporters rose to their feet, but Frédson Dias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. William Urbano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iuri Diniz got free with William Urbano in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Murilo Prata came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Lentilha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Murilo Prata couldn't finish the play. After having played for 91 minutes, Hugo Peixoto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lentilha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Peixoto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Lentilha FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mandiocal were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
