Franklin Dracena stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valdemar Freitas's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the game, Jumirim's Valdemar Freitas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Franklin Dracena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 29 minutes into the match, Valério Melo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Remo Rezende, 1-1. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lúcio Mendes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Jumirim booed when Vista Alegre F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lúcio Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jumirim's Remo Rezende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betão Almeida in the 78th minute of play.
