Zé Roberto Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Siqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oséas Vasconcelos in the 35th minute of play forced IBIGALAXY FC's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulisses Madureira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aloísio Botelho having to interfere. With a little luck, Envira's Aloísio Botelho got control of the ball when Carlinhos Matorin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, IBIGALAXY FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Siqueira came free, but Zé Roberto Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernandinho Tinoco made a kick off. Envira's Aloísio Botelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlinhos Matorin in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Carlinhos Matorin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aloísio Botelho was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2.
