A throw-in in the 35th minute of the game was made by Alfredinho de Souza with William Arruda as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Alfredinho de Souza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cauan Maia. Meninos de CG's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cauan Maia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Deivid Prestes in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
