Eriberto Aparecido scored 1-3 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gualter Furlan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giovanni de Amorim to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56thth minute of the game Eriberto Aparecido who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Charqueada EC's Gualter Furlan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Charqueada EC defense, Giovanni de Amorim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gualter Furlan. The Charqueada EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gualter Furlan should have stopped the shot. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Leandro Simão got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Charqueada EC's Gualter Furlan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Charqueada EC from getting a goal against them. 86 minutes into the match, E.C Santo André's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Gustavo Maciel came free, but João Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. João Paiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as E.C Santo André's Eriberto Aparecido slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gualter Furlan. That made the score 1-5 after 96 minutes of play. E.C Santo André played a much better game than Charqueada EC and deserved their victory. The Charqueada EC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
