Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After 9 minutes, Ennio Reali mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Espera and the Nordeste Tech ES players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Espera getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Ennio Reali hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredinho Neiva in the 9th minute of play forced Espera's goalkeeper Jerônimo Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonçalo Guerra got free with Jerônimo Machado in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the match, Gonçalo Guerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerônimo Machado. Espera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gonçalo Guerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 17th play minute Alfredinho Neiva came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jerônimo Machado. 2-0. When Luizinho Albuquerque came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Espera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luizinho Albuquerque couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute Luizinho Albuquerque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kauã Vidal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jerônimo Machado. Espera's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ennio Reali hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nordeste Tech ES's goalkeeper Alex Netto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 杨骏银 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Alex Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Luizinho Albuquerque notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Nordeste Tech ES's Alex Netto. Alex Netto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 77th minute, Alfredinho Neiva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nordeste Tech ES fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. If Alfredinho Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. But to his dismay, Luizinho Albuquerque quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Espera players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
