In the 4th minute, Claudinho Carvalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivo Santana was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Real Sport Club's Ivo Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonçalo Guerra in the 9th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Claudinho Carvalho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ivo Santana. Claudinho Carvalho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 19th minute, Nordeste Tech ES's Gonçalo Guerra dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Claudinho Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Nordeste Tech ES's Kauã Vidal got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The attack was good, but when Gonçalo Guerra in the 25th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Sport Club's goalkeeper Ivo Santana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 38 minutes into the game, Gilvan Recife threw the ball into play from the sideline. Real Sport Club's Fiori Neves quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ivo Santana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudinho Carvalho in the 43rd minute. Claudinho Carvalho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ivo Santana came out and tried to block the shot, but Claudinho Carvalho slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Luiz Fernando Mazza made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Real Sport Club's Basílio de Lima got a free kick in the 58th minute. The Nordeste Tech ES fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Nordeste Tech ES's Gonçalo Guerra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ivo Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Guerra in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Kauã Vidal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nordeste Tech ES's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Sport Club the free kick. A collision led to Nordeste Tech ES getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Kauã Vidal hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Alfredinho Neiva made a precise shot to the right of Ivo Santana. Real Sport Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Real Sport Club's Ivo Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredinho Neiva in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Claudinho Carvalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivo Santana was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. 88 minutes into the match, Gonçalo Guerra notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Real Sport Club's Ivo Santana. Ivo Santana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alfredinho Neiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivo Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinho Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Real Sport Club defense, Gilmar Pirani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivo Santana. The Real Sport Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivo Santana should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nordeste Tech ES fans cheered their team off the field, for while Real Sport Club had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
