Spectators: 6715 (Terracing: 5465, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 0) EE LEMENSE's Felipe Xavier started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kauã Fontes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kiko Arce read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Vito Freire got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Texugo Futebol Clube's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Felipe Xavier 9 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Enrique Trigo took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Américo Borges. Américo Borges dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. EE LEMENSE's Américo Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredão Zonta in the 20th minute of play. Felipe Xavier struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Kiko Arce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EE LEMENSE. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Kiko Arce successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Américo Borges came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Texugo Futebol Clube's Alfredão Zonta. But to his dismay, Alfredão Zonta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Texugo Futebol Clube's Kiko Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Xavier in the 32nd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, EE LEMENSE's Felipe Xavier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kiko Arce narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kiko Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Xavier, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When EE LEMENSE's Felipe Xavier in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Texugo Futebol Clube's goalie prevented a goal. In the 41st minute, Felipe Xavier fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kiko Arce, passed just outside the right post. 42 minutes into the match, Texugo Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Xavier came free, but Kiko Arce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 43 minutes, Paulo Sabóia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Texugo Futebol Clube and the EE LEMENSE players grew even worse after the yellow card. Paulo Sabóia hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. A collision led to Texugo Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Paulo Sabóia hit a great ball. The EE LEMENSE players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Texugo Futebol Clube were winning 1-2.

The supporters of EE LEMENSE booed when Texugo Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iuri Couto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 2-2 became the score in the 64th minute when Felipe Xavier elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Vito Freire scored 3-2 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kiko Arce, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vito Freire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kiko Arce having to interfere. A collision led to Texugo Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Enrique Trigo hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Vito Freire ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kiko Arce was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Vito Freire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kiko Arce having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Texugo Futebol Clube's zone, Vito Freire stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kiko Arce came out of the goal and Vito Freire tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felipe Xavier scored 5-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kiko Arce, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Vito Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the EE LEMENSE players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
