An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Hermes in the 5th minute of play forced No limite FC's goalkeeper Cauan Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute Danilo Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauan Bezerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Falcão Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danilo Hermes might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cauan Bezerra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Danilo Hermes ran back to his position shaking his head. Danilo Hermes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauan Bezerra having to interfere. Alexandre Freitas struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Betão Neto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for No limite FC. Falcão Tepedino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauan Bezerra having to interfere. After having played for 35 minutes, Falcão Tepedino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Alagoano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Falcão Tepedino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 36 played minutes No limite FC got a freekick which was hit by Jean Monteiro. Cauan Bezerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Falcão Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 39 minutes of play, Atlético Alagoano's Danilo Hermes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cauan Bezerra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Victor Amaral charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Amaral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of No limite FC booed when Atlético Alagoano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reynaldo Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betão Neto having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Victor Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guilherme Matos during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atlético Alagoano! Betão Neto had in the 49thth minute some difficulties stopping Rodrigo Neto's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After the first half Atlético Alagoano were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Betão Neto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reynaldo Rodrigues went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Jean Monteiro's late challenge caught a Atlético Alagoano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jean Monteiro helped the player get up and apologised. Falcão Tepedino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauan Bezerra having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Danilo Hermes got free with Cauan Bezerra in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Atlético Alagoano's Falcão Tepedino in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 87th minute, Reynaldo Rodrigues made a precise shot to the right of Betão Neto. Atlético Alagoano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When Reynaldo Rodrigues came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the No limite FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Rodrigues couldn't finish the play. Filipe Tande hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Atlético Alagoano's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
