An unexpectedly hard shot by Betinho Porto in the 3rd minute of play forced Vastar FC's goalkeeper Kléber Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Vastar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jailson Leite came free, but Kléber Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kléber Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jailson Leite, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betinho Porto in the 14th minute of play forced Vastar FC's goalkeeper Kléber Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Betinho Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kléber Reis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jailson Leite's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Vastar FC's Kléber Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jailson Leite in the 23rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jailson Leite's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kléber Reis was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. If Silas Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jailson Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Kléber Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in ArAgOoN FC's zone, Simão Botelho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandrinho Couto came out of the goal and Simão Botelho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silas Castro took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sandrinho Couto. Sandrinho Couto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 46 minutes into the match, Vastar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Betinho Porto came free, but Kléber Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jailson Leite stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Simão Botelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jefferson Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diogo Reis kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Vastar FC's zone, Jailson Leite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kléber Reis came out of the goal and Jailson Leite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jailson Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kléber Reis having to interfere. Betinho Porto struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Kléber Reis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ArAgOoN FC. ArAgOoN FC's Jailson Leite got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jailson Leite in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kléber Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th minute of the match Ademir Lopes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kléber Reis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Jailson Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
