An unnecessary self made goal, 0-2 in the 22nd minute. Fearless Jungle Jaguars's Angelo Fontes got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fábio Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the game, Fearless Jungle Jaguars's João Paulo Salles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severino Luz made a kick off. A collision led to Fearless Jungle Jaguars getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. In the 69th minute, Mathias Cardoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Júlio Branco made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Angelo Fontes sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Osmar Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fearless Jungle Jaguars's supporters rose to their feet, but Osmar Motta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Júlio Branco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Angelo Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Vidal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Júlio Branco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Angelo Fontes came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Júlio Branco could save by the left post. Leonardo Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mathias Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio Branco having to interfere. Fearless Jungle Jaguars's João Paulo Salles got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Fearless Jungle Jaguars left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Solar Paulistano.
