After 14 played minutes Anhuma FC got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldinho Barreto. After a defensive mix-up in Anhuma FC's zone, Paulo Renato Sarmento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonçalo Lopes came out of the goal and Paulo Renato Sarmento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Piracununga's Paulo Renato Sarmento got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anhuma FC's Gonçalo Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Renato Sarmento in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Agnaldo Pirani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
