Wellington Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Luiz Terra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Célio Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Salgueiro's Wellington Tasso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Terra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Cido Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 19 played minutes Salgueiro got a freekick which was hit by Toninho Amorim. Gilvan de Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Luiz Terra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wellington Tasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, Wellington Tasso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salgueiro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Luiz Terra didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Salgueiro's Wellington Tasso shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Arlindo Gomes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Terra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. In the 42ndth minute of the game Wellington Tasso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but WHITE HOUSE's Luiz Terra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wellington Tasso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Terra having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wellington Tasso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wellington Tasso in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luiz Terra saved WHITE HOUSE from getting behind. After having played for 54 minutes, Allan Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luiz Terra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wellington Tasso's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. When Wellington Tasso came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Salgueiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wellington Tasso couldn't finish the play. After 63rd play minutes Wellington Tasso shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Luiz Terra and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 68th minute, Wellington Tasso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th match minute, WHITE HOUSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Barros to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute, WHITE HOUSE's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wellington Tasso fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Luís Fabiano Domingues's late challenge caught a Salgueiro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
