Spectators: 5803 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Juarês Severo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juarês Severo in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorginho Félix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juarês Severo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorginho Félix having to interfere. Vivaldo Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luisinho Pinho came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by VIAMÃO F.C.'s Isaltino Correia. But to his dismay, Isaltino Correia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jorginho Félix made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Dagoberto Maciel sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to VIAMÃO F.C. getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Wesley Pitta hit a great ball. Jorginho Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Ferreira in the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Nilton Cosme sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and VIAMÃO F.C.'s Jorginho Félix didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Manguinho's Juarês Severo got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 38th match minute, Manguinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juarês Severo to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isaltino Correia in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luisinho Pinho saved Manguinho from getting behind.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isaltino Correia was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Juarês Severo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manguinho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Jorginho Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juarês Severo in the 56th minute of the match. Vivaldo Gaspar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Luisinho Pinho made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Luisinho Pinho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, VIAMÃO F.C.'s Amadeu Veloso got a free kick in the 71st minute. Manguinho's Juarês Severo got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Igor Ferreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Isaltino Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vivaldo Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisinho Pinho having to interfere. The supporters of VIAMÃO F.C. booed when Manguinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Ferreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 97 minutes Manguinho's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Waldemar Freire who took care of the corner kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Manguinho had won after a very even match.
