Samuca Mello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Samuca Mello made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Manuel de Almeida sent off a good shot on target. Claudinei Fontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuca Mello having to interfere. With a little luck, Cacutu's Diogo de Sousa got control of the ball when Carlos Eduardo Chaves tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Toronto - Férias - OFF's zone, Manuel de Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuca Mello came out of the goal and Manuel de Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Toronto - Férias - OFF getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Rui Mineiro hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Rui Mineiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Diogo de Sousa. The goal made the score 2-1. Claudinei Fontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuca Mello having to interfere. In the 71st match minute, Cacutu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chicão Mangueira to maneuver through the defense. Diogo de Sousa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rui Mineiro's shot from short distance in the 74th minute.
