Spectators: 7230 (Terracing: 5424, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Patrick Toledo got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Botafogo PB's goal looked a bit too open when Chiquinho Quintal came free, but Betinho Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The attack was good, but when Patrick Toledo in the 7th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When Patrick Toledo in the 10th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Jânio Dracena kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Chiquinho Quintal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lyndt's supporters rose to their feet, but Chiquinho Quintal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Betinho Sá breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Botafogo PB's Betinho Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chiquinho Quintal in the 18th minute of play. João Vítor Bastos hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Wilton de Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Betinho Sá tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiquinho Quintal in the 25th minute of play forced Botafogo PB's goalkeeper Betinho Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wiliam de Brito hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Betinho Sá took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chiquinho Quintal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, João Vítor Bastos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute of the match, Doni Pinho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jânio Dracena was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Doni Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jânio Dracena having to interfere. The Lyndt fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Lyndt's Wilton de Medeiros looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrick Toledo in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jânio Dracena saved Lyndt from getting behind.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wilton de Medeiros to strike the kick off in the second half. Wilton de Medeiros took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Betinho Sá. Betinho Sá dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Wilton de Medeiros kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Betinho Sá. That made the score 1-3 in the 55 minute of play. A collision led to Botafogo PB getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Jerônimo Miranda hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute Wilton de Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betinho Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Betinho Sá made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Chiquinho Quintal sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Botafogo PB booed when Lyndt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomé Trevisan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Doni Pinho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jânio Dracena having to make a save. Betinho Sá made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Chiquinho Quintal sent off a good shot on target. Jerônimo Miranda charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerônimo Miranda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Botafogo PB's Jerônimo Miranda got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 86th play minute Chiquinho Quintal came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Betinho Sá. 1-4. Chiquinho Quintal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Lyndt supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lyndt would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
