An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Macedo in the 31st minute of play forced Iterere's goalkeeper Jano Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Iterere fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Iterere's Jonathan Marques looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugo Macedo made a kick off. Raí Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Lúcio Alcântara received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Conrado Santana came out and tried to block the shot, but Lúcio Alcântara slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 93rd minute. After 96 played minutes Iterere got a freekick which was hit by Tião de Souza. 98 minutes into the match, Iterere's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Macedo came free, but Jano Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iterere's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
