Abelardo Araújo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 24 minutes in the game, Jonathan Mangueira fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Abelardo Araújo having to interfere. After 29 minutes, José Paulo Oliveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Más FC and the KuPs KuoPio players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 30 played minutes Los Más FC got a freekick which was hit by José Paulo Oliveira. The throw-in from Hortêncio Brasil in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by KuPs KuoPio's Silvinho Mazza. After a defensive mix-up in Los Más FC's zone, Jonathan Mangueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Araújo came out of the goal and Jonathan Mangueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Los Más FC's Abelardo Araújo got control of the ball when Tony de Godoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. José Paulo Oliveira was shown his second yellow card after 35 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 36 played minutes Los Más FC got a freekick which was hit by José Paulo Oliveira. In the 38th minute, Jonathan Mangueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 39 minutes into the game, Sidnei Paraense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Más FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KuPs KuoPio the free kick. 40 minutes into the game, Tony de Godoi lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Abelardo Araújo. With his leg Abelardo Araújo managed to avoid a goal in the 50thth minute, when KuPs KuoPio's Tony de Godoi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Jonathan Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Abelardo Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Tony de Godoi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abelardo Araújo. Los Más FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tony de Godoi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Moisés Sá breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Mangueira in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abelardo Araújo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute, Tony de Godoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute Jonathan Mangueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo Araújo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony de Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KuPs KuoPio's Jonathan Mangueira got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 81 played minutes Los Más FC got a freekick which was hit by Kiko Barbosa. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Más FC's goalkeeper Abelardo Araújo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Tony de Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Más FC's Sidnei Paraense got his second yellow card of the match in the 93rd minute. The referee ordered Sidnei Paraense off the ground. After a defensive mix-up in Los Más FC's zone, Tony de Godoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Araújo came out of the goal and Tony de Godoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abelardo Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Mangueira in the 98th minute of play. There was no doubt that KuPs KuoPio were the better team. KuPs KuoPio's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
