Oacari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TATETUBA the free kick. After 29 played minutes Oacari got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fábio Teixeira. TATETUBA's Laércio de Senna was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 32nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 34 minutes, Romeu Vergílio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oacari and the TATETUBA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 34 played minutes Oacari got a freekick which was hit by Romeu Vergílio. Ediberto Mandrak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laércio de Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel Macedo had several of the Oacari's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 41 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Ediberto Mandrak as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Wanderson Veiga fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oacari's protests and gave Wanderson Veiga a yellow card for diving instead. 46 minutes into the game, one of Oacari:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Laércio de Senna made the kick off in the second half. If Samuel Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, Oacari's goal looked a bit too open when Laércio de Senna came free, but Ediberto Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oacari's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Macedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Samuel Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ediberto Mandrak having to interfere. Victor Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ediberto Mandrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laércio de Senna in the 82nd minute of play. Ediberto Mandrak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laércio de Senna's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fred Penha during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Oacari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Penha to maneuver through the defense. Romeu Vergílio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. TATETUBA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
