Murillo Loyola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Flavinho de Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flávio Cruz in the 6th minute of play forced Jurujuba's goalkeeper Flavinho de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredinho Miranda hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flávio Cruz in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavinho de Brito saved Jurujuba from getting behind. Murillo Loyola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavinho de Brito having to interfere. After 17 minutes of play, REAL SEASEN's Flávio Cruz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavinho de Brito was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonas Magalhães was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Celsinho Paiva showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 24 minute of play. Jonas Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celsinho Paiva in the 27th minute of the match. Giovani Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Flavinho de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murillo Loyola in the 31st minute of the match. After 33 minutes, Thiago Massa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jurujuba and the REAL SEASEN players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd match minute, Jurujuba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thiago Massa to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute of the match Luisão Sabóia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavinho de Brito showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Giovani Amaral's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonas Magalhães firmly grabbed it by the left post. 42 minutes into the match, REAL SEASEN's Murillo Loyola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavinho de Brito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Jurujuba defense, Celso Barreto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavinho de Brito. The Jurujuba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavinho de Brito should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celsinho Paiva was the one to do the kick off. Renan Domingues blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavinho de Brito having to make a save. Murillo Loyola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Jurujuba's zone, Murillo Loyola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavinho de Brito came out of the goal and Murillo Loyola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Flávio Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot. REAL SEASEN's supporters rose to their feet, but Flávio Cruz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavinho de Brito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Renan Domingues charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Renan Domingues the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, REAL SEASEN's Renan Domingues got a free kick in the 68th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Murillo Loyola got free with Flavinho de Brito in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Celsinho Paiva struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Jonas Magalhães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jurujuba. Flávio Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavinho de Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flávio Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Luisão Sabóia lost his temper 83 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for Jurujuba. Leandro Miranda stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonas Magalhães. 2-2. Giovani Amaral might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonas Magalhães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Giovani Amaral ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonas Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovani Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. If Murillo Loyola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jurujuba succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though REAL SEASEN had controlled the match.
